Responsibilities:

- Visit construction sites, villas, apartments, offices, and commercial properties to generate leads.
- Meet clients, understand requirements, and promote landscaping and pergola services.
- Conduct direct sales, follow-ups, and client meetings.
- Coordinate quotations and convert leads into confirmed projects.
- Maintain daily site visit and sales reports in Zoho CRM.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of field sales experience preferred.
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel across Bangalore.
- Must be comfortable with direct field sales and achieving targets.

Note: This is a practical, field-based sales role focused on site visits, client acquisition, and project conversion.
