CNC Operator

AMAC Kitchens & Wardrobes - Panchkula, Haryana

₹1.5 - ₹3.0 Lakh a year - Full time

Responsibilities:

- Operate and set up CNC wood routing and panel cutting machines for modular cabinetry production.

- Read and interpret technical drawings, cutting lists, and CAD/CAM output files accurately.

- Load raw panel materials safely onto the machine bed and verify alignment.

- Perform quality checks on cut dimensions, drilling patterns, and edge finishes against specs.

- Execute daily routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and tool replacements.

- Coordinate with edge-banding and assembly teams to maintain production timelines.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–5 years as a CNC Operator

- Education: ITI Certificate in Machinist/Fitter/Mechanical Draftsman or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

- Required Skills: CNC Wood Machine Operation, Blueprint Reading, Precision Measurement Tools, Panel Cutting & Drilling, Quality Inspection

- Preferred Skills: CAD/CAM Software Operation, Edge Banding Machine Operation, Preventive Maintenance
