Job Summary

We are looking for a Commi 1 – Chinese Cuisine to join our kitchen team. The candidate should have experience in preparing Chinese dishes and maintaining food quality and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and execute Chinese dishes such as Dim Sum, Stir-fries, Noodles and other Chinese preparations.
- Manage the assigned Chinese section in the main kitchen.
- Follow standard recipes, portion sizes and food preparation procedures.
- Ensure proper food storage and ingredient freshness.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Follow food hygiene,



sanitation and kitchen safety standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen section.
- Coordinate with other kitchen team members for smooth operations.

Requirements

- HCM / Hotel Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Chinese cuisine.
- Good knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced kitchen environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
