BDS Recruiter – Clove Dental

Qualification: BDS/MDS

Experience: 2–5 years

Location: Banjara Hills - Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end recruitment of BDS/MDS dentists across Clove Dental clinics.

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

* Screen candidates based on qualification, experience, specialization, location, and compensation.

* Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offers, and joining follow-ups.

* Maintain a robust pipeline for Senior Dentist, Clinic Head, Specialist, and Resident Dentist positions.

* Partner with clinic/operations teams to close positions within defined TAT/SLA.

Key Skills: Dental/Healthcare recruitment, sourcing, stakeholder management, negotiation, candidate engagement, and solid communication.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
