About the Role
Onelab Ventures builds IT and AI solutions for businesses. We are hiring a driven field sales professional to meet clients face to face, pitch our IT / SaaS solutions and close deals. If you have "feet on street" (FOS) B2B sales experience and enjoy owning the full sales cycle, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

- Identify and approach prospective B2B clients through field visits, cold calling and networking
- Run product demos and present IT / AI / SaaS solutions to business decision-makers
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline building, negotiation and closing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain accurate lead and deal records in the CRM
- Work with the founders, product and engineering teams to shape proposals
- Build long-term client relationships and identify upsell opportunities

What You Need (Must-Have)

- B.Tech / B.E.



in any discipline
- 2 – 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in IT services, software or SaaS
- Proven field sales / feet-on-street experience with target-driven roles
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with travel for client meetings and willing to work in [City]

Valuable to Have

- Experience selling to SMEs, startups or enterprise clients
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
- Exposure to AI / data / cloud solutions
- MBA is a plus, but not required
