Job Summary

- - Provide L3 production support and technical leadership for Teradata Data Warehouse, ETL, and Analytics platforms .
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Teradata databases, workloads, performance, data integration, and reporting.
- Monitor system health, query performance, batch processing, data loads, and platform availability.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive permanent resolution of critical production incidents and recurring issues.
- Lead performance tuning, workload management, capacity planning, and database optimization initiatives.
- Support data warehousing, ETL processes, data reconciliation, and enterprise reporting requirements.
- Manage deployments, release activities, environment administration, security, and governance controls.
- Collaborate with business, application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to ensure operational stability and service excellence.
- Strong expertise in Teradata, SQL, Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Workload Management (TASM), Data Warehousing, ETL, and Unix/Linux environments .
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, incident management, and mentoring skills with experience supporting mission-critical enterprise data platforms.
