Job Description – Junior Accounts Manager

Designation: Junior Accounts Manager

Reporting To: Head – Accounts & Finance

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

Manage day-to-day accounting entries and ensure accurate and timely recording of transactions.

Verify daily bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.

Perform monthly reconciliation of loan and borrowing accounts.

Verify daily payment requests and provide confirmation to the Treasury team for payment release.

Carry out Customer and Vendor account reconciliations as and when required.

Conduct regular scrutiny and reconciliation of various ledgers and identify discrepancies.

Ensure timely completion of monthly statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund (PF), ESI, etc.

Verify monthly salary-related accounting and reconcile employee loan and advance accounts.

Perform reconciliation of group company and inter-company accounts.

Support monthly, quarterly, half-yearly,



and yearly financial closure activities relating to the preparation of financial statements.

Provide necessary support for the timely completion of Statutory Audit, Cost Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit, and other audits.

Assist in inventory, fixed asset, and CAPEX-related accounting and reconciliations, as and when required.

Prepare and support MIS and other reports as required by Management and the Head of Finance & Accounts.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com; CA Inter / CMA Inter will be preferred.

Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Industry Preference: Manufacturing / Steel / Metals / Industrial sector experience will be preferred.

Skills: Tally and Accounting software. , Solid knowledge of accounting, reconciliations, statutory compliances, MS Excel

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
