We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Sales & Operations Executive to manage on-the-ground relationships with key institutional clients in Jamshedpur. In this role, you will be the crucial link between our main office, our institutional partners, and our company representatives. If you have 1-3 years of field experience, your own two-wheeler, and a knack for getting things done independently, this is a great opportunity to grow with a stable company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Relationship Management: Visit institutions regularly to ensure their needs are met, follow up on pending orders, and secure timely payment collections.
- Strategic Teamwork: Accompany senior company representatives on institutional visits to assist with sales presentations and relationship building.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with our internal representatives to ensure prompt creation, delivery, and follow-up of client quotations.




- Logistics & Supervision: Manage minor logistical calls, coordinate field dispatches, and supervise necessary on-site work to ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of proven experience in field operations, collections, or sales coordination.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driver’s license (Mandatory).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to resolve on-the-ground issues and manage daily tasks independently.
