The Outlet Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, sales, team management, customer service, inventory, food quality, and profitability of the assigned Rail Rolls outlet. The role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage a fast-paced QSR setting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned outlet.
- Ensure the outlet opens and closes on time as per company standards.
- Supervise, guide, and manage outlet crew members.
- Prepare and monitor staff shifts, attendance, and weekly offs.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
- Monitor sales, daily targets, and outlet performance.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and food costs.
- Ensure proper use of POS systems and accurate billing.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Coordinate with the Operations, HR, Procurement, and Finance teams.
