About the Role

We are looking for a confident and empathetic Healthcare Telecaller to handle patient calls, provide information about hospital services, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a patient-centric approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and attendants.
- Explain hospital services, doctors, treatments, and appointment procedures.
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients regarding consultations, investigations, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient and call records in the system/CRM.
- Address patient queries professionally and escalate concerns when required.
- Generate and follow up on leads to improve patient conversions.
- Coordinate with doctors, front desk,



and other hospital departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Pleasant voice, good listening skills, and a patient-friendly attitude.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Solid follow-up and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle multiple calls and work in a target-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in hospital/healthcare calling will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
