Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Business Development Executive/Manager to drive sales of our HRMS and Payroll software. The candidate will manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, product presentations, follow-ups, negotiations and closures.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify new business opportunities for HRMS and Payroll software.
- Connect with HR Heads, CHROs, CFOs, Directors and business owners.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and coordinate software demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals and manage commercial discussions, follow-ups and closures.
- Build relationships with HR consultants, channel partners and industry associations.
- Represent Normiqo at trade fairs, exhibitions and relevant business events.
- Coordinate with internal teams for pre-sales support and customer onboarding.




- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Candidate Profile

- 3–7 years of experience in HRMS, Payroll, SaaS, ERP or B2B software sales.
- Experience in HRMS or Payroll software sales will be strongly preferred.
- Strong business communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confident, professionally presentable and comfortable interacting with senior management.
- Experience in client meetings, product demonstrations and sales closures.
- Positive command of English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with client visits and business travel.
- Self-driven, target-oriented and capable of managing the complete sales cycle independently.

Education

MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or HR is preferred. Candidates with relevant software sales experience and strong business-development skills may also apply.
