EXPERIENCED NAIL TECHNICIAN – INDEPENDENT SALON PARTNERSHIP

Location: OLEE Beauty Parlour, Kochi

Type: Revenue-Sharing Partnership, No Fixed Salary

OLEE Beauty Parlour is looking for an experienced Nail Technician to operate from a dedicated cabin inside our established salon.

This opportunity is ideal for a skilled technician who owns the necessary nail equipments and wants to grow their business without paying rent, electricity, water, maintenance fees or hidden charges.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

- Dedicated cabin space
- No rent, electricity, water or maintenance charges
- Access to our regular salon and clinic clientele
- Promotion and customer referrals
- Appointment booking and customer coordination
- Payment collection through the salon
- Daily settlement of earnings

NAIL SERVICES - 50:50 REVENUE SHARE

The Nail Technician will perform specialised services such as:

- Gel-polish application
- Nail extensions
- Nail art and custom designs
- Nail overlays and other nail enhancements

Revenue from these services will be shared equally:

- 50% for the Nail Technician
- 50% for OLEE Beauty Parlour

The 50:50 arrangement applies whether the client is introduced by the technician or the salon.

The technician must provide all required nail polishes, curing lamps, extension materials, nail-art supplies, tools, files, removers and other consumables. OLEE Beauty Parlour will not invest in specialised nail products or equipment.

MANICURE AND PEDICURE REFERRAL COMMISSION

Manicure and pedicure treatments will be performed entirely by OLEE Beauty Parlour staff using the salon’s facilities and PVR OLEE products.





If the Nail Technician directly brings and books a new client for a manicure or pedicure, the technician will receive a 20% referral commission on the final amount collected for that specific service.

OWN CLIENTELE REQUIRED

This is a shared-growth partnership. OLEE Beauty Parlour will promote the nail services and introduce them to our regular customers. However, the Nail Technician must also have an existing or developing client base, bring their own customers and actively promote their services.

The technician should not depend entirely on OLEE Beauty Parlour’s clientele. The aim is for both parties to introduce new clients and grow the business together.

DAILY SETTLEMENT

The technician’s revenue share and applicable referral commissions will be calculated for every completed and paid service and settled at the end of each working day.

REQUIREMENTS

- Professional experience in specialised nail services
- Own complete set of nail products, tools and equipments
- Existing or developing personal client base
- Willingness to bring clients and promote services
- Excellent hygiene and sterilisation practices
- Reliable, punctual and professional
- Portfolio or photographs of previous work
