MechanicalSalary: ₹25,000–₹30,000 Gross

Responsibility

To supervise and control day-to-day production activities in the Press Shop.

Ensuring production targets are achieved as per the production plan while maintaining Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery (SQCD) standards.

Achieve daily and monthly production targets as per the production plan.

Allocate manpower effectively according to machine and production requirements.

Monitor machine loading, utilization and production output.Ensure availability of raw material, dies, tools and other production requirements.

Monitor production hourly and take corrective action for target deviations.Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC,



Stores and Tool Room for smooth production.Ensure first-piece approval and adherence to approved process parameters.Monitor machine breakdowns and coordinate with Maintenance for quick resolution.Ensure proper implementation of SOP, Work Instructions and Quality Standards.Maintain production records, rejection reports, downtime records and shift reports.Ensure proper 5S and housekeeping in the shop floor.Follow all safety procedures and ensure PPE compliance.Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, TPM and productivity improvement.Conduct shift handover and communicate pending issues to the next shift.
