Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day showroom floor operations.
- Supervise and guide sales staff.
- Ensure customers are attended properly and complaints are handled quickly.
- Monitor staff discipline, attendance, grooming and work allocation.
- Track daily sales performance and help the team achieve targets.
- Ensure proper display, cleanliness and arrangement of merchandise.
- Coordinate with cashier, stock/inventory team and store management.
- Check stock availability and report rapid-moving/slow-moving items.
- Assist in staff training and improving selling skills.
- Handle floor issues and ensure smooth operations during rush hours.
- Submit daily updates and reports to management.

Requirements

- Prior experience in retail, preferably saree, ethnic wear, garments or textile retail.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.
- Customer-focused and disciplined.
- Basic understanding of sales targets, stock and retail operations.

Experience: 2–5 years preferred
Location: Banda, Uttar Pradesh

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
