Position Details

Position: Account Executive
Experience: 1–3 years
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
Preferred: B.Com – 1st Class
Technical Knowledge: Tally ERP, MS Excel & MS Office

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally ERP
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Process purchase invoices from receipt to payment
- Verify supporting documents and approvals
- Maintain vendor ledgers and reconciliation statements
- Process employee reimbursements and related vouchers
- Ensure timely booking of invoices, expenses and other accounting transactions




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records
- Handle MS Excel functions including basic formulas, filters, sorting and reconciliation

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP and MS Excel
- Basic knowledge of GST & TDS
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Willing to work from office at CBD Belapur
