As we expand, we're seeking a talented and driven Social Media Marketing Manager to grow with us.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Develop social media strategies, content calendars, posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.
- Implement SMO (Social Media Optimization) strategies to increase reach, engagement, followers, and brand visibility.
- Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Manage paid social media campaigns and monitor their performance.
- Analyze social media insights and prepare performance reports.




- Coordinate with creative and production teams to develop engaging content.
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all social media platforms.

Requirements

- 2–4 years of experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta Ads.
- Good understanding of social media algorithms, trends, hashtags, and audience engagement.
- Experience in team handling and team management is required.
- Valuable content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or basic video editing is an advantage.
- Creative, proactive, and analytical mindset.
- Good communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
