PROPERTY MANAGER – SARWAA HOSPITALITY & LIFESTYLE

Position Overview:
We're seeking a dedicated Property Manager to oversee our premium accommodation and retail operations across Varkala and Trivandrum. You'll manage guest experiences at our 3-bedroom pool villa and two boutique cottages, while ensuring smooth operations across five Orma retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accommodation Management — Oversee Villa Gramam by Sarwaa (3BR pool villa) and Nidra by Sarwaa (cottages): guest check-ins/check-outs, maintenance coordination, cleanliness standards, guest inquiries & support
- Retail Operations — Manage all five Orma by Sarwaa store locations: inventory oversight, staff coordination, customer service, stock replenishment, and sales reporting
- Guest & Customer Relations — Ensure exceptional experiences across all properties; handle complaints and feedback
- Facility Maintenance — Coordinate repairs, maintenance schedules, and vendor relationships for all properties
- Reporting — Daily updates on occupancy, sales, and operational issues

Shift: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM (flexible based on guest needs)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
