Key Responsibilities

- Machine Operation: Setup, adjust, and safely operate cold-chamber or hot-chamber aluminum pressure die casting machines.
- Process Control: Monitor parameters including furnace temperature, injection pressure, plunger speed, and cooling cycles.
- Material Handling: Safely handle molten aluminum alloys and oversee manual or automated ladling processes.
- Die Maintenance: Clean dies, apply release agents/lubricants regularly, and assist the tool room team during die changes.
- Quality Inspection: Inspect cast parts for visible defects like porosity, shrinkage, cracks, or flashing using calipers and gauges.
- Trimming & Finishing: Remove gates, runners, and flash from finished pieces using hand tools or pneumatic trimming presses.
- Foundry Safety: Maintain a clean work zone adhering strictly to 5S protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) guidelines

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
