We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil to lead end-to-end construction activities and ensure projects are delivered with quality, safety, speed, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee complete civil construction activities at project sites.
- Plan, schedule, and monitor project execution in coordination with site teams.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, service consultants, contractors, and HO teams.
- Ensure timely receipt of GFC drawings, approvals, and design changes.
- Resolve site-level construction issues and drive smooth project execution.
- Monitor quality, safety, progress, and project timelines.
- Conduct project review and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
- Review and certify contractor bills and monitor project costs.
- Build solid relationships with contractors and consultants.




- Monitor customer visits, modifications, and query resolution at site.
- Maintain project MIS, progress reports, safety records, checklists, and documentation.

What We’re Looking For

10–12 years of experience in Civil Construction / Real Estate
Minimum 5 years of experience in a project leadership role
B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Strong knowledge of project planning, construction technology & regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, decision-making & stakeholder management skills
Strong communication and coordination abilities
High ownership, energy, and commitment towards delivery excellence

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
