Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, handling client communication, and converting leads into business opportunities.

Responsibilities

- Contact potential customers and explain our products/services
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
- Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly targets
- Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients
- Maintain customer and sales records
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order/service delivery
- Prepare regular sales and lead reports

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and business development
- Comfortable making calls and following up with customers
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic computer/mobile skills

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
