About the Role

Maxwin E-Commerce Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Intern to support our Finance & Accounts team. This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting operations, financial documentation, reconciliations, and day-to-day finance activities in an e-commerce business environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the accounts team with day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
- Record and maintain sales, purchase, expense, and other accounting transactions.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining invoices, bills, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Assist with bank, payment gateway, and other account reconciliations.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation and compliance activities.
- Support the preparation of monthly reports and financial statements.
- Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining records in accounting software/ERP systems.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing, payments, and financial documentation.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks assigned by the Finance Manager or Accounts Team.

Requirements





- Pursuing or recently completed B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance, or a related qualification.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Familiarity with Accounting software is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of GST and TDS is preferred.
- Positive numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
