Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and proactive HR Executive to handle day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, attendance, recruitment, documentation, and statutory compliance activities in our chicken processing plant.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage daily attendance, shift timings, leave and employee records.
- Handle recruitment, screening, interview coordination and on boarding of employees.
- Maintain employee personal files, joining documents, ID cards and HR records.
- Coordinate manpower requirements with department heads and supervisors.
- Monitor absenteeism, late coming, overtime and employee discipline.
- Handle employee grievances, queries and day-to-day HR support.
- Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports including manpower, attendance, leave and turnover.
- Coordinate salary inputs, payroll data and attendance-related information with Accounts.
- Support PF, ESI and other statutory compliance activities.
- Ensure proper implementation of company HR policies, rules and procedures.
- Coordinate employee welfare, hygiene, safety and workplace discipline.
- Conduct employee joining formalities, induction and exit formalities.




- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
- Coordinate with labour contractors and monitor contract manpower attendance and requirements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word and basic HR software.
- Good knowledge of attendance and leave management.
- Ability to handle employees and contract labour effectively.
- Knowledge of PF, ESI and basic labour compliance will be an advantage.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently in a factory/production setting.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in FMCG, Food Processing, Manufacturing or Chicken Processing Industry will be preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Candidates from Udumalpet and surrounding areas will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
