About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented ERP Implementation Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, stakeholder management, ERP configuration, team leadership, risk management, and successful delivery of ERP solutions aligned with business requirements.

The candidate should have strong project management capabilities, a solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes, and the ability to work effectively with clients, internal teams, vendors, and senior management.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Manage ERP implementation projects from project initiation and planning through testing, deployment, and go-live.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, including internal team members, consultants, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, define project scope, and document business processes.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement through ERP solutions.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of ERP modules and their integration with business functions.
- Coordinate ERP configuration and ensure the system is aligned with defined business requirements.
- Manage requirements gathering, gap analysis, solution design, customization, and integration activities.
- Plan and oversee system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue resolution, and validation.
- Identify, track, and manage project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests.




- Coordinate with ERP vendors and implementation partners to ensure timely resolution of technical and functional issues.
- Develop and coordinate end-user training, documentation, and change-management activities.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to management and key stakeholders.
- Ensure project deliverables meet defined quality, scope, budget, and timeline requirements.
- Support post-go-live activities, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, business leaders, users, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of experience in ERP implementation/project management.
- Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects from planning through go-live.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, modules, workflows, and business processes.
- Good understanding of business functions such as Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, or other relevant ERP modules.
- Strong project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting skills.
- Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, UAT, and implementation support.
- Robust vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong understanding of project risks, dependencies, change management, and issue resolution.




- Good technical understanding of ERP integrations, databases, APIs, or related technologies will be an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree such as MBA, MS in IT, or a related discipline is an advantage.
- Certification in project management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP implementation partners, consulting firms, or technology organizations will be preferred.
- Experience across multiple industries or business functions will be an advantage.
