We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, financial reporting and account reconciliation activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS, income tax and advanced Excel, preferably with experience in the construction, infrastructure or RMC industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Monitor customer outstanding amounts and coordinate payment follow-ups.
- Reconcile supplier, customer, bank, loan and ledger accounts.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, balance sheets and MIS reports.
- Manage GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and annual reconciliations.
- Calculate, deduct and deposit TDS and prepare quarterly TDS returns.
- Assist with income-tax returns, tax audits and statutory audits.
- Verify purchase invoices, subcontractor bills, transport bills and expense claims.
- Maintain records of fixed assets, depreciation, loans and capital accounts.
- Prepare cash-flow statements, budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor daily cash and bank transactions.
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, banks and government authorities.
- Ensure timely compliance with applicable accounting and taxation regulations.
- Support payroll accounting, employee advances and reimbursement records.
- Prepare project-wise, plant-wise and customer-wise profitability reports.
- Supervise junior accounting staff and review their work.
- Maintain accurate and confidential financial documentation.

Required Qualifications

- B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter,



CMA Inter or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, income tax and accounting standards.
- Experience in finalisation of accounts and audit coordination.
- Ability to independently manage day-to-day accounts and statutory compliance.
- Good analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy, integrity and confidentiality.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in the RMC, construction, manufacturing or infrastructure industry.
- Knowledge of e-invoicing, e-way bills and vendor reconciliation.
- Familiarity with project costing, inventory accounting and ERP systems.
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and MIS reporting.
- Knowledge of LLP accounting and partner remuneration calculations will be preferred.
