Accounts & HR Executive

Peppino Studios and Academy is looking for an experienced Accounts & HR Executive to join our team.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Accounts and/or HR
- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Good knowledge and hands-on experience with accounting software
- Experience in GST filing and related compliance
- Knowledge of HR and attendance management software such as PagarBook
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day accounting procedures
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Valuable communication and organizational skills
- Ability to independently handle accounts and HR-related responsibilities

Responsibilities

Accounts

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records
- Cross-check invoices, receipts, payments, and expenses
- Handle bank transfer payments and maintain related records
- Manage and maintain financial documents and records
- Handle GST filing and related accounting requirements




- Assist with account reconciliation and financial reporting
- Coordinate with management regarding accounts and payments

HR & Administration

- Manage and maintain staff attendance records
- Calculate monthly staff salaries and payroll
- Manage attendance and payroll through HR software such as PagarBook
- Maintain employee records and HR-related documentation
- Coordinate with staff regarding attendance, salary, and other HR matters
- Assist management with general HR and administrative activities

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
