Job Summary

To manage, maintain, and ensure the efficient and safe operation of all construction machinery, equipment, and vehicles, ensuring maximum availability and minimum downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the deployment of construction machinery and equipment across project sites.
- Ensure timely preventive and breakdown maintenance of all plant and machinery.
- Maintain equipment records, service schedules, repair history, and machinery utilization reports.
- Coordinate with site engineers, operators, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor fuel consumption, operating costs, and machinery performance.
- Ensure all machinery is operated safely and in compliance with company safety procedures.
- Inspect equipment regularly and arrange necessary repairs or replacements.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance, spare parts, and repairs.
- Verify machinery availability and fitness before deployment to project sites.
- Monitor and control machinery-related expenses within the approved budget.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of tools, spare parts, and equipment.
- Prepare and submit periodic machinery status,



utilization, and maintenance reports to management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements, licenses, and inspection schedules.
- Train and guide machinery operators and maintenance staff on safe and efficient equipment usage.
- Support project teams in resolving machinery-related operational issues.

Requirements

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in plant and machinery management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of construction equipment, maintenance, and machinery operations.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Immediate Joiners Preferred

Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
