Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to define product strategy, drive the product roadmap, manage requirements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products aligned with customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Define and drive the long-term product vision, strategy, and execution roadmap.

Gather, analyze, and translate customer feedback and business requirements into actionable product initiatives.

Prioritize features, epics, user stories, and product backlog items based on business value and customer impact.

Create transparent and comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories.

Collaborate closely with Engineering, UX/UI Design, QA, and other cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

Lead product release planning, launch coordination, and go-to-market activities.

Monitor key product health metrics, user adoption, engagement, and performance analytics.

Engage with enterprise customers, business stakeholders,



and senior leadership to understand needs and drive product improvements.

Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive opportunities to drive continuous product innovation and enhancement.

Ensure successful execution of product initiatives within defined timelines and business objectives.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
