Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the sales team in customer coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, commercial documentation, billing coordination, and sales follow-up activities.

Role & responsibilities

· Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and delivery schedules.

· Prepare and maintain sales quotations, invoices, and commercial documents.

· Follow up with customers for enquiries, order confirmation, payments, and pending requirements.

· Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Accounts, and Dispatch departments for order execution.

· Maintain daily sales and customer follow-up reports.

· Enter and maintain sales/commercial data in Tally and MS Excel.

· Prepare sales reports, order status reports, and pending-payment details.

· Support the sales team in achieving customer requirements and timely order completion.

· Maintain proper records of customer communications and commercial documents.

· Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned department for resolution.

Required Skills





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic to good knowledge of Tally.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and commercial processes.
- Good documentation and record-maintenance skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments.
