Bailey Trading Company, an automotive accessories and protection products distribution company based in Aluva, Ernakulam, is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting operations, Tally, GST, TDS, MS Excel, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Experience in a trading or distribution company will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions accurately.
- Handle purchase and sales entries in Tally.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory compliance requirements.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations regularly.
- Monitor outstanding payments and customer collections.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and accounting statements.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management, suppliers, and customers regarding accounting matters.
- Provide necessary support during audits and financial reviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of accounting activities.




- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial information.

Required Skills

- Strong working knowledge of Tally.
- Valuable knowledge of GST and TDS.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience with purchase and sales accounting.
- Knowledge of receivables and payables management.
- Bank and ledger reconciliation skills.
- Understanding of financial reporting and audit support.
- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Experience

- 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Experience working in a trading or distribution company will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
