Experience: 1.5-3 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle day-to-day activities related to Government e-Marketplace (GeM).
- Manage GeM orders, bids, tenders, and related documentation.
- Prepare and submit bids/quotations as per customer requirements and GeM guidelines.
- Coordinate/Meeting with clients, vendors, and internal teams for order execution.
- Track order status, delivery schedules, invoices, payments, and completion documents.
- Prepare commercial and technical documents required for GeM bidding.
- Monitor new GeM bids and identify relevant business opportunities.
- Ensure timely submission of bids and compliance with all tender requirements.
- Maintain proper records of GeM transactions, orders, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with the technical team for product specifications, compliance documents, and BOQs.
- Follow up with concerned departments for approvals, dispatches, and payment collection.
- Prepare regular MIS and reports related to GeM activities.

Required Skills:

- Good knowledge of the GeM portal and government tendering process.
- Good understanding of IT products/services/System Integration,IT Solutions, Cyber Security & Manpower Services and technical specifications.




- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Ability to review tender documents and identify eligibility/compliance requirements.
- Good documentation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work within strict deadlines.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline; candidates with a background in IT, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
