In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hexagon Intergraph SmartPlant.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to custom software development.
- Experience in managing software development lifecycles with a focus on scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide innovative, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development tools.
- Excellent understanding of quality assurance processes and code review methodologies.
