Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Sourcing Executives to manage sourcing, screening, and coordination of seafarers for various vessel types. Candidates must have prior experience in crewing or marine recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :
1. Source and shortlist seafarers across all ranks and vessel types
2. Maintain and expand crew databases and agency networks Verify documents and certificates as per client requirements
3. . Coordinate joining formalities and mobilization schedules
4. Ensure timely crew placement and relief planning

Liaise with manning agents,



training institutes, and seafarers

Required Qualifications

2–3 years of experience in marine crew sourcing / crewing operations.

Strong understanding of ranks, STCW documentation, and flag requirements.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in MS Office and email correspondence.
