Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented SEO SaaS Link Builder / Contextual Link Building Specialist with hands-on experience in off-page SEO, contextual link building, SaaS link acquisition, and publisher outreach.

The ideal candidate should have experience in acquiring relevant, high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites and should understand how content-driven link building contributes to organic rankings, topical authority, and qualified referral traffic.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute link-building strategies for SaaS, software, technology, and B2B websites.
- Research competitors and analyze backlink profiles to identify link gaps and new opportunities.
- Execute contextual link-building campaigns through relevant content placements.
- Acquire backlinks through guest posts, niche edits, editorial mentions, resource pages, SaaS directories, and digital PR opportunities.
- Identify relevant websites, blogs, publications, publishers, and industry resources.
- Conduct personalized email outreach to website owners, bloggers, publishers, and editors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers and website owners.
- Negotiate publishing terms, content requirements, pricing, and link placement conditions where required.
- Develop relevant and natural anchor-text strategies with a focus on contextual relevance.
- Coordinate with content writers to create high-quality,



link-worthy content.
- Conduct competitor backlink gap analysis using SEO tools.
- Evaluate websites based on relevance, authority, organic visibility, traffic trends, and overall link quality.
- Identify and avoid irrelevant, low-quality, or potentially manipulative link opportunities.
- Track acquired backlinks, referring domains, anchor text, target URLs, publication dates, and link status.
- Monitor backlink indexing, relevance, and performance.
- Prepare regular link-building reports covering outreach, responses, placements, and campaign progress.
- Support multiple link-building campaigns and achieve monthly acquisition targets.

Required Skills

- 2+ years of practical experience in SEO Link Building / Off-Page SEO.
- Solid hands-on experience in contextual link building and content-driven link acquisition.
- Experience with guest posting, niche edits, editorial backlinks, and publisher outreach.
- Good understanding of anchor text strategy and topical relevance.
- Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, Semrush, Google Search Console, Moz, or similar SEO tools.
- Understanding of SaaS, software, technology, or B2B websites.
- Strong research and analytical skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet monthly targets.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working on SaaS, B2B, technology, or international SEO campaigns.
- Experience with international publishers and websites.
- Knowledge of topical authority, semantic SEO, entity-based optimization, and content relevance.
- Experience with digital PR, resource link building, broken link building, and expert-led content campaigns.
- Understanding of Google Search Essentials and link spam policies.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, outreach platforms, spreadsheets, and SEO reporting dashboards.
