INSIDE Design India Pvt Ltd is one of the leading turnkey interior company for home & office with the state of the art mechanised factory with 50,000 sq. ft at Kochuveli Industrial Estate, Trivandrum.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining regular follow-ups, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a smooth customer experience throughout the project journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and maintain regular communication with clients.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Maintain and update customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the sales, design, and project teams regarding customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow-ups with clients.
- Track leads and ensure timely follow-up to improve conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up status.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.




- Follow up with existing customers regarding project updates and requirements.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, follow-ups, appointments, and conversions.
- Support the sales team in achieving customer and business targets.

Requirements

- Relevant experience as a CRM Executive or in a similar customer relationship role is mandatory.
- Experience in the interior design, architecture, real estate, home improvement, or related industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive telephone and customer-handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and follow-ups efficiently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Candidates should be proactive, responsible, and customer-focused.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
