About the Role

We are looking for a **Meta Ads Specialist** who can independently plan, execute, monitor, and optimize advertising campaigns on **Facebook and Instagram**.

The ideal candidate should understand lead generation, campaign optimization, audience targeting, budget management, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage **Facebook & Instagram (Meta) Ads campaigns**

* Create and optimize **Lead Generation, Traffic, Engagement, and Conversion campaigns**

* Set up and manage audiences, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and retargeting campaigns

* Monitor campaign performance and optimize **CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROAS**

* Manage daily/weekly advertising budgets effectively





* Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement

* Create regular performance reports and share campaign insights

* Coordinate with the creative/content team for ad creatives and copy

* Test different creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign strategies

* Monitor incoming leads and coordinate with the sales team when required

* Stay updated with Meta Ads policies, features, and advertising trends

* Troubleshoot campaign issues and maintain proper account/campaign structure

Requirements

1.)1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads

2.)Good understanding of **Facebook Ads Man

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
