Position: Sales Manager – Real Estate
Experience: 5–10 Years (Real Estate Industry Only)
Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹1,00,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the real estate sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for project bookings.
- Generate leads through various channels and ensure proper follow-up.
- Handle client meetings, site visits, negotiations, and closing of deals.
- Monitor individual and team performance against sales targets.
- Build solid relationships with customers, channel partners, and brokers.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities,



and new business opportunities.
- Train, guide, and motivate the sales team to improve performance.

Candidate Requirements

- 5–10 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Management.
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory.
- Proven experience in achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
- Target-oriented and results-driven approach.

Job Location: Pandesara – Vacanza City, Surat
Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
