Job Overview

We are looking for a HR Recruiter who will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, screening, verification, and onboarding of Service Partners for Chutkee.

The selected candidate will build a strong service-partner workforce by sourcing suitable professionals, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, completing documentation, and ensuring successful onboarding and activation on the Chutkee platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Service Partner Recruitment Cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, local networks, and other recruitment channels.
- Make recruitment calls and explain Chutkee's service-partner opportunity, requirements, and onboarding process.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, availability, communication, and service expertise.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and coordinate further interviews where required.
- Collect and verify required candidate documents and information.
- Coordinate background and identity verification as per company requirements.
- Maintain an updated database of prospective and selected service partners.
- Follow up with selected candidates until successful joining and onboarding.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for partner activation and deployment.
- Maintain daily recruitment reports, joining status, and onboarding records.
- Build a continuous pipeline of qualified professionals for different service categories.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.




- Support expansion of Chutkee's service-partner network across new locations and categories.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of recruitment/HR experience preferred.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, field recruitment, gig workforce, service-partner recruitment, or marketplace businesses will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good candidate-handling and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable with recruitment calls and target-based hiring.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and candidate pipelines simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
