About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Marketing Executive to join our construction company in Hospet. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, developing customer relationships, promoting our construction projects and services, and supporting the company’s overall marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals, digital marketing and other channels.
- Promote the company’s construction projects, services and properties to prospective customers.
- Meet potential clients, understand their requirements and explain suitable solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, architects, builders, property owners and other relevant stakeholders.
- Conduct regular market research to understand local construction and real-estate trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the sales,



project and management teams to follow up on leads and business opportunities.
- Prepare and maintain lead databases, customer records and daily/weekly marketing reports.
- Participate in exhibitions, property events, promotional activities and local networking events.
- Support digital marketing activities, including social media, WhatsApp marketing, online listings and lead-generation campaigns.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls, meetings and site visits.
- Achieve monthly lead-generation and business-development targets.
- Collect customer feedback and share market insights with management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, construction, real estate or a related industry preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust local market presence is must

Pay: ₹9,483.62 - ₹34,883.30 per month
