About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing and social media activities. The intern will gain practical experience in managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, audience engagement, and promoting our technology products and services.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media profiles across relevant platforms.
- Create and publish engaging posts, creatives, captions, and short-form content.
- Research trending topics, hashtags, and industry-related content.
- Develop social media content calendars and posting plans.
- Monitor audience engagement, comments, messages, and responses.
- Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
- Research competitors and identify new content and marketing opportunities.
- Coordinate with the team for marketing campaigns, events, demos, and announcements.

Learning & Exposure

- Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing.
- Real-world experience working with a technology/SaaS startup.
- Opportunity to work on B2B and enterprise-focused marketing.
- Exposure to real clients and qualified business communication.

Eligibility

- Minimum Graduation or currently pursuing graduation/final-year studies.
- Students and freshers interested in Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Content Creation can apply.
- Good communication and writing skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently in a WFH environment.

Preferred Skills

- Canva or other basic graphic-design tools.
- Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
- Content writing and copywriting.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
- Good communication and creative thinking skills.
