Position: Freelance Blue & Grey Collar Recruiter

Location: South & West India (Work From Home)

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Compensation:
₹1,000 per successful joining, subject to a 45-day replacement clause.

Role Overview:
Acelot is looking for experienced recruiters who can independently manage blue and grey collar hiring mandates and deliver successful joinings across South and West India.

Key Hiring Categories:

- Electricians, Plumbers, HVAC & MEP Technicians
- Maintenance Technicians, Welders & Fabricators
- Machine Operators, ITI & Diploma Technicians
- Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Workforce
- Housekeeping & Facility Management Staff
- Warehouse, Logistics & Last-Mile Workforce
- Other Blue & Grey Collar Roles as per client requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through local networks, referrals, WhatsApp groups, ITIs, polytechnics, job fairs, portals and field sourcing.
- Handle bulk and volume hiring requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, salary expectations and location suitability.
- Coordinate interviews, selection and joining processes.
- Manage documentation and deployment activities.
- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until joining.
- Achieve monthly joining targets.
- Support retention and replacement requirements.




- Maintain accurate recruitment and joining records.

Required Skills:

- 3–5 years of blue and grey collar recruitment experience.
- Proven success in bulk hiring.
- Strong local sourcing network.
- Experience in field recruitment and candidate mobilisation.
- Knowledge of technician, manufacturing, facility management and logistics workforce hiring.
- Ability to manage the complete recruitment cycle independently.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
