ElyteSys Private Limited is looking for a Field Hardware Service Engineer – Fresher to join our technical support team in Chennai.

Responsibilities:

- Visit customer locations for IT hardware service and support.
- Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers and other IT hardware.
- Install and configure Windows and basic software.
- Handle RAM, SSD, HDD, motherboard, display and battery replacement.
- Provide basic networking and peripheral support.
- Maintain service reports and update job status.
- Coordinate professionally with customers and the office team.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Diploma / ITI / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA in Computer, IT, Electronics or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations in Chennai.
