About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Executive – Recruitment to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are interested in building a career in Recruitment and Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide recruitment updates.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.

Requirements

- Any Degree from a recognized institution.




- 0–1 year of experience in recruitment/HR; freshers with a strong interest in recruitment are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet applications.
- Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.
- Robust follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates residing in or near Angamaly will be given preference.

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
