Jabal Exim is a natural stone company involved in the manufacturing, processing, trading and export of granite and other natural stone products.

We operate across the stone value chain — from quarry sourcing and manufacturing to product development, sales and international exports.

Our manufacturing operations are based in Chimakurthi, Andhra Pradesh, while our commercial and business development operations are managed from Hyderabad.

We serve both Indian and international markets and are continuously looking to develop new products, improve existing products and identify opportunities to grow our stone business globally.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Stone Product Development Specialist with 5+ years of experience in granite, marble, quartzite or natural stone.

The role is focused on improving our existing products and developing new products that have robust commercial potential.

We want someone who understands what customers and international markets are looking for and can translate those requirements into better products, finishes, sizes, applications and collections.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify new stone varieties with market potential.
- Improve existing products based on market and customer requirements.
- Develop new finishes, sizes, thicknesses and applications.
- Work closely with our factory and production team.
- Study international market trends and competitor products.
- Identify products with higher commercial value and margins.
- Develop samples and product collections for new markets.
- Improve product quality, consistency and presentation.
- Work with the sales team to commercialize new products.

Candidate Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in the natural stone industry
- Strong knowledge of granite / marble / quartzite
- Experience in manufacturing, processing or product development
- Understanding of international stone markets and trends
- Creative, analytical and commercially minded
- Ability to convert market requirements into manufacturable products
- Strong communication and coordination skills

What We Are Looking For

We are not looking for someone who simply knows different types of stones.

We want someone who can look at our current products and say:

“This is what the market wants, this is how we can improve it, this is how we can manufacture it, and this is how we can sell it profitably.”

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
