HomeStone is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Manager to handle showroom sales and customer relationships for our premium imported Italian marble, tiles, sanitaryware and luxury building products.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, specifications, pricing and applications.
- Generate quotations and follow up with prospective customers.
- Convert showroom enquiries into sales and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, accounts and installation teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM/Odoo.




- Build robust relationships with customers, architects and interior designers.
- Ensure an excellent showroom experience and professional customer service.

Requirements

- 3–10 years of experience in showroom sales, retail sales or building-material sales.
- Experience in marble, tiles, sanitaryware, interiors, construction or building materials is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation and customer-handling abilities.
- Target-oriented and proactive approach.
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
- Good presentation and grooming standards.

Salary

Competitive salary based on experience and current package, with performance-based incentives.

Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
