Responsibilities:

- Communicate with buyers to understand their requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of samples and orders.
- Follow up on sample approvals and provide feedback to suppliers.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop merchandising strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management review.
- Handle any issues or concerns related to merchandise quality, availability, or delivery.

Requirements:

- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Textiles industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
