We are constructing a premium residential property and are looking for an experienced and dependable Interior Construction Supervisor to manage all interior finishing works. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, ensuring quality at every stage, and managing material stores — from the start of interior work through to project handover.

1. Interior Works Supervision

- Supervise all interior finishing works including flooring, wall finishes, ceilings, doors, windows, and joinery Oversee POP (Plaster of Paris) ceiling execution — design layout, quality of plaster mix, finishing, and curing Monitor marble flooring and cladding work — cutting, laying, jointing, polishing, and protection during construction Coordinate with tiling, carpentry, painting, and electrical/plumbing teams to ensure smooth sequencing of trades Ensure all interior finishes are executed as per approved drawings, material specs, and client expectations

2. Quality Control & Inspection

- Implement and maintain a daily quality check system across all interior trades Inspect surface preparation, workmanship, and material application at each stage before proceeding Identify and resolve defects, rework areas,



or substandard work immediately Maintain quality inspection records, punch lists, and snagging registers Liaise with the project owner / architect to ensure all finishes meet approved standards

3. Store & Material Management

- Manage the in office material store — receipt, storage, issuance, and tracking of all interior materials Maintain accurate stock registers and daily issue logs for materials like marble, tiles, adhesives, POP, paints, hardware, etc. Coordinate with suppliers for timely material deliveries to avoid project delays Prevent material wastage, pilferage, and damage through proper store discipline Raise material requirement requests in advance based on work schedule

4. Labour & Team Management

- Manage and supervise all interior trade workers — POP applicators, marble layers, carpenters, painters, etc. Prepare daily labour attendance, productivity reports, and work progress updates Allocate tasks to workmen on a daily basis and ensure targets are met Resolve on-site disputes, attendance issues, and workmen concerns

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
