Core Responsibilities

- Safety and Supervision: Monitor children constantly during indoor play, outdoor activities, meals, and transitions to prevent accidents and maintain a secure space.
- Lesson Planning and Education: Create and implement age-appropriate activities—such as storytelling, crafts, and games—that support physical, cognitive, and creative growth.
- Basic Care and Hygiene: Assist young children with personal care needs, including feeding, handwashing, diaper changing, and toilet training.
- Social and Behavioral Guidance: Teach positive social skills like sharing and taking turns, and use constructive methods to resolve conflicts.
- Parent Communication: Provide daily or regular updates to parents or guardians regarding their child’s progress, milestones, and daily activities.
- Health and Development Monitoring: Keep track of developmental milestones and identify early behavioral or health signs that may need professional attention.
- Classroom Management: Keep the classroom clean, organized, and stocked with secure, accessible learning materials.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
