Job Description:
The Senior Manager - Business Development will be responsible for driving the growth and profitability of the Agency Assurance Partnership (AAP) channel. The role involves developing strategic initiatives to enhance business performance, managing key partnerships, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. The incumbent will analyze market trends, identify opportunities for expansion, and implement effective business strategies. The Senior Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall company objectives, while fostering a collaborative environment that motivates and inspires team members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets within the AAP channel.
- Manage key partner relationships to drive business growth and enhance performance.




- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and recommend strategic initiatives.
