Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven BDE to generate new business, acquire clients, and build strong relationships. As a digital marketing agency specializing in real estate, you will help expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
- Identify prospects and convert them into potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and negotiate to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database.
- Coordinate with internal marketing and creative teams for smooth client handovers.
- Research market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.




- Share regular sales reports and forecasts with management.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills.
- Strong lead generation and sales conversion abilities.
- Understanding of B2B sales and business development.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Freshers with knowledge of real estate and robust communication skills can also apply.
- Experience in digital marketing, advertising, or real estate is preferred.
