Position: Receptionist
Location: Eswar Psychiatric Clinic & Counselling Centre

Salary: Negotiable based on experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a polite and qualified manner.
- Handle patient appointments, registrations, and scheduling.
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and respond to patient queries appropriately.
- Maintain patient records, appointment details, and basic administrative documentation.
- Coordinate with doctors, psychologists, and other staff regarding appointments and patient flow.
- Manage billing, consultation fee collection, and basic payment records.
Pay: From ₹8,000.00 per month
